Sales Coordinator - Perth Perth Airport FullTime

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our friendly, professional, and highly driven Sales Team in Perth, WA. The Role Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide exceptional and qualified customer service via telephone and email, converting inbound sales enquiries and leads into orders.
- Ensure product knowledge and information meets or exceeds customer requirements.
- Assist new and existing customers with processing orders, creating quotes, and following up with issued documentation in a timely manner.
- Assist customers to select the best product to suit their needs.
- Effectively manage email, phone, and social media enquiries for new, existing, and potential customers.
- Enter complex sales orders in the CRM database accurately.
- Become a subject matter expert for rural water storage solutions.
- Provide administrative support to the Rural sales team.
- Cooperate with and support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the same.
- Develop employee awareness of product compliance obligations.
- Actively participate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits. About You
- 2+ years sales experience gained in the manufacturing, construction, or agriculture industry (preferred not essential).
- Tertiary qualification in administration, business or sales, or equivalent industry based experience.
- Strong understanding of customer service procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and time‑management skills.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills for internal collaboration with peer teams and external customer relationship management.
- Experience of using a CRM, e.g. Microsoft NAVision.
- Shows initiative, independent thinking, well‑developed problem‑solving and consultation skills along with the ability to develop a positive, accountable, and customer‑serviced focused culture.
