As part of a skilled, technical team you can expect to be exposed to various projects, from smaller investigations to large-scale refurbishment projects. About You
- Over 3 years of professional building services engineering experience, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle. This includes initial feasibilities, concept design, detailed design, construction, and project handover.
- Strong experience with HVAC systems, BMS, and controls, especially in high-rise commercial office systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including written reports.
- A degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail.
