We’re growing quick — and Retention is becoming one of the most strategically important teams inside the agency. What We’re Looking For With a focus across Fashion, Apparel, Beauty, Health, Jewelry, and Lifestyle brands — we’re searching for a Retention Strategist who isn’t just a Klaviyo operator, but a true growth partner. Someone who can:
- Improve LTV , not just “run flows”
- Improve repeat demand and customer value
- Spot problems before they happen (deliverability, list decay, TTSO, revenue mix)
- Bring commercial clarity to every meeting
- Run tests with a real hypothesis and success metric
- And document results into “Braggable Wins” that fuel agency authority If you only want to “send campaigns,” this job is not for you. If you want to grow brands , you’ll love this. - Increased customer lifetime value
- Faster repeat purchases
- Stronger contribution margin
- Support for paid acquisition scale
- Profit stability for our clients You are not an isolated channel. You are part of the client’s growth engine. What You Will Do: Lifecycle Strategy & Execution
- Build, optimize, and scale email/SMS flows and campaigns
- Design post-purchase and LTV journeys that drive true repeat demand
- Manage segmentation, behavioral triggers, predictive audiences
- Maintain balanced flow vs campaign revenue share
- Maintain list health & deliverability (non-negotiable expectation) Data Analysis & Commercial Insight
