**About the Role**

Use your customer service skills to provide guests and clients with a personalized and memorable experience.

**Duties**
- Responsible for all aspects and functions of the Event Management Department with a focus on Groups and Corporate Events.
- Coordinate/manage all details with client requests from Sales Phase to Post Event Phase.
- Knowledge of food and beverage programs; ability to tailor them to fit client’s needs.
- Maintain high standards of service and deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the guests and employees.

**Skills & Experience**
- Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
- I’m Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth)
- Experience working in events management role required.
- Qualification from an accredited university in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field desirable.
- Unrestricted working rights for Australia
