**Head Waiter / Host / Bookings Supervisor**

Sauma is a modern bar and restaurant in the vibrant Northbridge district of Perth.

We need staff to work in conjunction with the manager as part of our Front house team leader.

We are passionate about what we do and are looking for the right person to share our passion.

We are looking for someone who meets the following expectations:

- Have rights to work in Australia
- Has worked for at least 2 years in a similar role
- Experienced in table and booking management
- A great smile and presentation to meet and greet customers
- Be organised and able to work with speed during busy hour
- Oversee staff for smooth operations
- A excellent team player with problem solving skill and personality
- Has a high service standard and takes pride in his/her customer service skills
- Ensure hygiene and occupational health and safety is maintained at all times
- Be available for work on most weekends
- Fanatical about a tidy and clean work environment
- Has a happy personality that is maintained under pressure

Pay: $31.00
- $45.15 per hour

Expected hours: 28
- 30 per week
