**Skills/requirements**
- Pre-Apprenticeship in Painting and Decorating / Building and Construction is highly desirable
- Driver License and Reliable means of transport to get to work each day
- Positive communication skills
- A can-do attitude is a must

**Who we are and what do we do**: For more than 30 years NextGen Skills have partnered with industry leaders to provide on the job training and employment to those who want to become Trade Qualified Plumbers or Painters.

We are a group training organisation, a registered training organisation and we are the largest employer of Plumbing and Painting Apprentices in Western Australia.
