**What you’ll be doing**

The Digital Marketing Officer sits within the Marketing and Communications Team who is responsible for delivering all internal and external communications across The Y WA.

You’ll be responsible for the Y’s online presence including social media, website management, our intranet, and digital marketing. You'll also assist in the development of the digital transformation strategy, lead the strategy implementation, manage website, SEO and SEM. This role will serve as a cross-functional partner, supporting the marketing and services teams through social data and insights. Sounds interesting? Please check out the PD attached below.

**You’ll be great in this role if you**
- Hold a Degree/tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations
- Have superior digital knowledge and experience, including organic and advertising
- Are known for your interpersonal skills including the ability to develop effective workplace relationships
- Are proud of your organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
- Have a strong understanding in the Microsoft Office suite especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Are competent in the use of creative design software, particularly Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
