Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.

**Position Profile**:As part of a multidisciplinary team the Social Worker provides clinical and professional Social Work services to consumers of the Community Mental Health Service; provides consultation to other staff, consumers, families/carers and other services; functions as a Care Coordinator in a multidisciplinary team; and practices as a Social Worker as per the Australian Association of Social Workers _Practice Standards 2013_ and _Code of Ethics 2010_ and/or the Society of Professional Social Workers _Code of Ethics_ and EMHS policies and guidelines.

Home to the State Major Adult Trauma Service, RPH offers tertiary-level emergency medicine, mental health, complex and elective surgical care, and specialist medical services. It is also a premier teaching hospital and contributes to innovation and excellence in medical research and patient care.
