Induction and Training Specialist (Perth)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Induction & Training Specialist to our team. Your primary responsibility will be to support our new employees by delivering the Civeo induction and ensuring team members have all they need for a successful start at Civeo

**Key responsibilities -**
- Liase with team members on location and training information regarding the Civeo induction
- Provide support and guidance to new hires during their training onboarding process
- Prepare training materials for induction training and completion after training activities such as training attendance recordsDeliver both induction and hospitality service training

**Skills and experience -**
- Proven experience in training coordination or a similar role
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team workplace
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
- Strong organisational skillsExcellent communication skills
