**What will you bring?**
- Can do approach to a problem, develop a plan, and execute the solution
- Enjoy working with multi-disciplined teams to communicate all aspects of product design, participating in peer review discussions and can give, receive and resolve constructive feedback across multiple perspectives.
- Flair for aesthetic and functional design, balancing consistency and creativity, divergent and convergent thinking to understand the impact of design outcomes on customer experience
- Understanding of design principles, methods & approaches to Product Design, Content Design and Research.

**You’ll have**:

- 2-5 years experience in a similar role across UX using Figma, Sketch and Adobe
- Experience of wireframing
- Experience working with and contributing to a Design System
- Experience working with Product Managers and Engineers on feasibility, detailed design and finding solutions to complex problems.
- Good presentation skills
- Demonstrated experienced with conducting user testing and presenting research findings
- Bachelor Degree in Design or similar (optional)
- Diploma/Certificate in Design or similar (optional)
- Equivalent experience

Using proven frameworks, you’ll draw on customer/client feedback to develop new, exciting features. You’ll lead and participate in product development and release roadmaps via SCRUM. You’ll run trials and MVPs before educating internal and external audiences on how to get the most out of new features. Developing cyber safety tech is an exciting, significant challenge.
