As we accelerate towards our ambition, we have a need to bring together the many teams across Bankwest that will make this experience possible from Engineering, Analytics, Change Management, Risk, Marketing and other product related Crews in a unified way to refine the Product Vision and Strategic Roadmap, and create real business and customer outcomes through delivery.

Do work that matters

As Executive Manager, Real Time (Customer) Interaction Management your role will be to bring together the various contributors to the delivery of this key piece of work across the bank
- ensuring dependencies are managed, that a shared understanding is in place and prioritisation of the work facilitates acceleration towards our goals.

This role is a crucial stream of work to ensure that the investment turns into measurable outcomes for our customers, and for the bank. Building the capability and establishing the technology is one part of the equation, how you balance out the value to the customer through new direct experiences the team creates, and building the backlog to help realise value.

A key part of your role will be to define the 3 year Product Vision for this Crew
- what problems can this capability be helping to solve for customers, and for the bank, and what ongoing enhancements, and feature builds are required to achieve that outcome including the use of Generative AI, and Machine Learning. A key requirement of this role will also be that of risk management to ensure we are going above and beyond to keep our customers, and Bankwest safe
- your sound judgement, and attention to detail will be vital to the delivery of the project.

You will work alongside other Crew Leads, Finance, the Project Management Office and Value Realisation team to determine where to best deploy the capability, to estimate benefits, develop KPIs for progress tracking, and define the ‘definition of done’.

This role will report to the General Manager of Enablement, and will have a high level of engagement with senior members of the leadership team to ensure we are working together to deliver on our shared objectives on an agreed timeline, and transparency of marrying up investment spend with benefit realisation.

This is a 12 month Secondment/Max term Agreement

- You have prior experience in agile delivery specifically with a data and technology focus
- You are self-driven and tenacious with strong stakeholder engagement & communication skills

- you know when to ask questions to create a shared understanding. You have an enquiring mind.
- You have demonstrated experience in consolidating complex information into coherent narrative for varied audiences
- You have experience simplifying technology concepts and activities into plain-English
- You have proven experience motivating staff, engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and driving efficiency through productivity based disciplines
- You are confident with polished communication skills
- You have a risk mindset
- proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks
