CGC are working with an employee owned Civil & Structural Consultancy

seeking a skilled & motivated Civil Designer/Senior Civil Designer to join the team based out of Subiaco, WA. This role will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including commercial, residential, and infrastructure developments.

**The Role
- Civil Draftperson / Designer** As a Civil Designer you will be involved in designing and drafting various civil engineering projects including road works, stormwater drainage, land development, and other infrastructure project.

With hands on Directors that still maintain personal involvement, you will be supported through each project from concept, design, documentation and construction phases, to develop throughout your career as a Civil Designer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and draft civil engineering projects including road works, stormwater drainage, land development, and other infrastructure projects.
- Coordinating with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
- Preparing project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Develop technical reports and other project documentation.
- Reviewing and interpreting engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents.
- Performing quality checks on drawings and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3+ years relevant experience in civil engineering design and drafting.
- Proficient in the use of **AutoCAD and 12D and/or Civil 3D.**:

- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
