**Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities**
- **Manage and maintain Checkpoint and Palo Alto firewalls, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.**:

- **Implement and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the organization's network infrastructure.**:

- **Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans using Tenable tools.**:

- **Analyze and remediate vulnerabilities identified by Tenable scans.**:

- **Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts.**:

- **Collaborate with other members of the IT team to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.**:

- **Provide technical support and guidance to other members of the organization on security-related matters.**:

- **Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and best practices.**

- **3+ years of experience in managing and configuring Checkpoint and Palo Alto firewalls.**:

- **Strong knowledge of security protocols, including TCP/IP, HTTP, and SSL/TLS.**:

- **Experience with Tenable vulnerability management tools.**:

- **Strong understanding of security policies and compliance regulations.**:

- **Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and respond quickly to security incidents.**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.**:

- **Industry certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP, CCSE, CCSA are a plus.**
