As we expand, Property Reports Plus seeks a dynamic individual to join our team as a Property Inspector. Trusted by numerous Residential and Commercial Property Managers from Mandurah to Two Rocks, PRPlus specialises in Routine Inspections, Property Condition Reports, Final Bond Inspections, and Home Opens.

**About the role**

Are you eager to venture into Real Estate or seeking a reprieve from the daily grind of Property Management? Seize the opportunity to hit the road in this full-time position, serving our amazing clients. Your day will primarily entail in office inspections, while our proficient Admin team manages your schedule.

**The role of Property Inspector will include**:

- Collecting and returning keys from various agencies across the greater Perth metro area.
- Thoroughly documenting properties through photography.
- Providing detailed voice recordings, transcribed by a third party.
- Utilizing various app-based programs for property inspections.
- Timely upload of reports and photos from your home office.
- Representing our company with professionalism and delivering high-quality reports.

Property condition report typing is handled by a specialized division within the company!

- Completed or enrolled in the Property Management Course (registration need not be current). Preferred but not essential.

**How to apply**

Pay: $50,000.00
- $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
