**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership and Team Management**: Lead and mentor a dynamic team of leaders, specialists and business coaches. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages continuous learning and qualified growth.
- **Process Standardisation**: Develop and implement standardised processes and best practices across asset management areas including asset health, performance, strategies, maintenance and material supply chain.
- **Strategic Planning**: Work closely with the General Manager to align asset management and materials management strategies with organisational goals and ensure seamless integration with other business functions.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovations, and drive initiatives to optimise asset management practices.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with cross-functional and operational teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on asset management objectives.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in leading a multi-level team to deliver the best outcomes for the business.
- **Skills**: Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
