What you’ll do Support surgeons in theatre during joint replacement procedures
- Learn and support advanced technologies, including Mako robotic‑assisted surgery
- Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff
- Work closely with your Territory Manager to plan and execute territory strategies
- Contribute to account planning and track performance against goals
- Prepare for cases, manage instruments and support accurate set logistics
- Stay across new technologies, techniques and industry developments Who you are: Technically minded with the ability to learn complex systems quickly
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts clearly and confidently
- Experience creating, planning and executing structured plans
- Hungry to succeed and motivated by progress and results
- Strong at building rapport and influencing others
- Comfortable spending time in theatre environments
