- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA/CPA qualified. Big 4/mid tier audit trained (desirable). Strong technical accounting knowledge, including financial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities. Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
