We’re looking for someone who loves being in the kitchen, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering outstanding food and a excellent guest experience. You’ll play a key role in the ongoing growth of the Running With Thieves brand by implementing proven systems and seasonal menu concepts developed in collaboration with the Executive Chef — helping to build consistent standards across current and future venues.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong cost control, team leadership, and organisational skills — maintaining high food quality, managing labour and COGS targets, and driving guest satisfaction through consistency and innovation.
