We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a growing property and investment group with a diverse portfolio of commercial and mixed-use assets.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of properties, ensuring they are protected, well maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently. You will act as the key point of contact for tenants while coordinating with internal facilities teams and external contractors to ensure smooth operations. What You’ll Do
- Manage daily property operations to ensure assets are safe, compliant, and well maintained. Act as the primary contact for tenant enquiries and issue resolution. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor works with Facilities teams. Conduct regular inspections and ensure lease obligations are met. Prepare budgets, reports, and monitor expenditure against forecasts. Oversee service contracts and contractor performance, including tender processes where required. Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation, safety standards, and lease requirements. What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in property management within commercial or mixed-use environments. Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team setting.
