An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivatedMechanical Design Engineerto join a leading-edge engineering team involved in the design, development, and integration of mechanical systems for high-performance vehicles. This role is suited to a Design Engineer with a broad mechanical background and a passion for motorsport innovation, with exposure across systems such as suspension, steering, braking, hydraulics, and electronics integration. Working within a fast-paced, cooperative environment, you’ll play a key role in supporting cutting-edge vehicle performance across motorsport and advanced engineering programmes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the design and development of mechanical systems across various categories including suspension, steering, brakes, hydraulics, and electronic packaging. Generate robust and cutting-edge mechanical designs from concept through to production, ensuring performance, reliability, and manufacturability. Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments (e.g. aerodynamics, powertrain, electronics, testing) to ensure effective system integration and optimum vehicle performance. Participate in design reviews and problem-solving activities to drive continuous improvement across systems.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a design engineering role, ideally within motorsport, automotive, or other high-performance mechanical systems industry.
