Macmahon is a leading Australian company delivering a comprehensive range of surface mining, underground mining and engineering services to the resources sector throughout Australia and in South East Asia. Macmahon offers excellent opportunities for a diverse and exciting career in mining.
Macmahon is currently seeking experienced Blast Crew to join the Macmahon The King Of The Hills team. These positions will be on a continuous day and night on a 2:1 roster, flying from Perth. You will be part of a high-energy team so possession of multiple skill sets and licences/qualifications will be highly regarded as they will greatly enhance your versatility within the role.
About the Role: Secure operation of the priming, charging and stemming of blast holes Completion of daily explosives usage sheets, QA/QC documentation Current Dangerous Goods Security Card
About you:
Australian Drivers licence (Manual) Current National Police Clearance (issued within the 6 months) Ability to pass a pre-employment medical with drug & alcohol testing Demonstrated experience in a similar role
