Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Part or Full time Strata Manager or Assistant at Abode Strata. The role will be based in South Perth/Joondalup in WA, with some work from home flexibility. Responsibilities include day-to-day management of properties, communication with property owners and tenants, financial management, and assisting the Strata Manager. Qualifications

- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in property management, strata management, or real estate
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively with Strata Councils and stakeholders
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and strong financial management skills
