What we offer: $115,000 – $140,000 annual package Overtime opportunities Optional regional work for additional remuneration Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week Full‑time permanent role on our long‑term contracts Company‑funded training and development What you’ll be doing as our PPM Plumber: In this role, you will conduct planned preventative maintenance activities on our client’s local commercial buildings across the Perth metro area, including:
- Government infrastructure
- Commercial properties
- Hotels
- Aged care buildings
- Stadiums What you’ll bring to our team:
- Previous commercial PPM electrical experience (preferable)
- Previous experience using IT systems to test and update assets including completing checklists, reports and attaching photos (Simpro advantageous)
- WA Driver’s Licence
