We're seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Skilled (3IC) to join our Watertown Factory Outlet in Perth on a PART TIME basis!

Part Time contracts require fixed days/hours per week determined by the Store Manager and based on store requirements. All candidates must be available to work to the centre trading hours on their contracted days, including evenings and at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.

Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.

Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.

Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.

Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.

Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.

Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance.
