The role

Our Perth office is currently seeking a Receptionist to join our national Reception Team on a full-time basis. This will be a dynamic, active and diverse position dealing with both our clients and people at all levels within the firm.

The role will involve responsibilities in:

Answering and allocating Perth and assisting with overflow national calls on an ARC Cisco system;

Professional meet and greet of clients on a daily basis;

Booking and preparing meeting rooms for client meetings;

Meeting room and assisting with event set-up;

Maintaining and updating various spreadsheets;

Maintaining and ordering catering supplies for internal and external clients;

Assisting with food, coffee and other beverage preparation;

Distribution of incoming deliveries;

Other administrative tasks as required, including distributing and sending internal mail, photocopying, scanning, binding and document collation.
