Australia’s most trusted children’s charity.**About the Role**Support the creation and maintenance of partnerships that help bring happiness to seriously ill children and their families. The role plays an important part in achieving Starlight’s mission by combining robust administration with relationship management to deliver meaningful, mutually beneficial partnerships and sustainable income growth.Managing a portfolio of emerging corporate and community partners with a 60:40 split of Account Management & Administrative Operational support your responsibilities will include:* Contribute to new business prospecting and building values‐aligned relationships* Ensure all partnership deliverables are met and partners feel valued and inspired* Identify opportunities to grow partnership income and engagement* Supporting Community and Partner engagement and activation* Assist in preparing partnership proposals, presentations and pitches.* Provide high‐quality administrative support across all partnership activity including client invoicing and reporting* Maintain accurate CRM records (Microsoft Dynamics) with timely updates.* Support advisory board coordination, including meeting preparation**About You**You’re an organised, proactive communicator who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional experiences. You bring strong administrative capability, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment.You may have experience in sales, customer
service, fundraising or client relationship management, and you’re comfortable working with CRM systems.
