Do Work That Matters Retail operations support the end-to-end loan process for both CBA and Bankwest brands, covering home loans, personal loans, credit cards, credit variations, and overdrafts. Our teams manage everything from initial credit decisioning through to settlement and funding, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, customer experience, and regulatory compliance. You’ll process and check scheme eligibility, keep brokers and lenders updated with explicit, professional communication, and play a key role in delivering great customer outcomes. Your Impact
- Deliver exceptional customer service by efficiently processing retail lending applications, resolving queries, and supporting customers throughout their banking journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, optimise operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
- Utilise multiple banking platforms and digital tools (including Pega, CommSee [CHL]), maintaining high standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach in a fast-paced environment.
