The Opportunity We are seeking aSoftwareSupport Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our users, helping them resolve a diverse range of product-related queries. Your ability to listen, understand, and resolve issues effectively will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and system adoption. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone with a background in financial planning or paraplanning, who enjoys problem solving, client interaction, and working with technology. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming support queries via phone and ticketing system
- Accurately diagnose and resolve client issues across various modules of the Plutosoft platform
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when required
- Use and contribute to internal knowledge base articles
- Maintain high standards of customerservicein all interactions
- Document resolutions and contribute to continuous improvement in support processes
- Identify recurring issues or client feedback that may inform product enhancements About You You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

- Judgment – capable of assessing when to elevate sensitive or complex client issues Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Permanent resident
- Experience using Xplan, Midwinter, AdviserLogic, Intelliflo, or other financial planning software will be highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, information systems, or a related field
- Knowledge of financial modelling, tax, Centrelink rules, or investment platforms
- Experience working with data feed providers and portfolio systems
- Exposure to CRM or financial planning software platforms What We Offer
