- Work across the recruitment lifecycle for blue-collar positions (e.g., laborers, welders, electricians, equipment operators) across multiple construction sites.
- Collaborate with site managers, project directors and HR business partners to forecast and prioritize manpower requirements.
- Utilise SAP SuccessFactors to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job fairs, labor agencies, trade schools, and community outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ technical skills and site-readiness.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment, preferably in the construction, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
- Experience with SuccessFactors highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of labor markets, trade classifications, and union/non-union workforce dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and multicultural environment.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
