- Lead Generation: Utilize various strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling, to generate qualified leads.
- Market Expertise: Quickly become a subject matter expert in our payment solutions and how they can benefit local government.
- Collaborative Sales Efforts: Work closely with our Head of Sales to transition generated leads into the sales pipeline for closing.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update an organized pipeline of potential clients and follow up diligently to keep leads warm.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
- Customer Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target markets. About You
- Sales Hunter Mentality: A self-starter with a proven track record of finding and creating sales opportunities.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Market Knowledge: Experience in the local government sectors is a plus, but a quick learner with a passion for these areas is essential.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and social media for lead generation.
