Supply Chain & Procurement Lead (Perth)

Acu-Tech Piping Systems is a privately owned Australian manufacturer and supplier of advanced polyethylene (HDPE) pipe systems, supporting customers across mining, civil, plumbing, irrigation and more. We’re looking for an end-to-end supply chain leader to take ownership of national purchasing and supplier performance, while strengthening supply reliability across the business, from ordering and inbound accuracy through to inventory discipline and service delivery. What you’ll be accountable for National purchasing leadership including policies, governance, supplier relationships and negotiation. Supply reliability across order progress, delivery performance and stock availability. Providing commercial insight and advice to senior leaders on supply chain risks and opportunities. Category Management. Leading and developing the team, setting expectations and lifting capability. Driving safety, quality and compliance standards. Improving systems, processes and ways of working. What we’re looking for Experience across procurement, purchasing and supply chain in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong negotiation and supplier management capability. Commercial mindset with the ability to use data and systems effectively. Credible leader who can engage teams and operate at a practical level.
