Daimler Trucks Perth is on the lookout for a Service Receptionist to be the heartbeat of our Service Department. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. You’ll work alongside an experienced and collaborative team that takes pride in delivering best-in-class service to our valued customers. This is a permanent, full-time position with family-friendly hours — 7.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries — over the phone, via email, and in person
- Schedule service jobs and keep customers informed every step of the way
- Provide support and coverage for Service Advisors when needed
- Pre-pick parts for upcoming services and manage stock orders
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and service excellence What’s In It for You

- Proven reception or administration experience
