The role: As a Client Executive , you’ll play a key role in the delivery of integrated media campaigns across your client portfolio. Working closely with the Client Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting client relationship and the managing campaigns end-to-end. You’ll also mentor a Client Associate, helping build team capability while developing your own planning, commercial and leadership skills. Core responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery from briefing through to post-campaign analysis
- Support the Client Manager in their day-to-day client contact Oversee campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities and manage reporting
- Mentor and guide the Client Associate, ensuring quality output and strong operational delivery A bit about you:
- Robust foundational media skills across both offline and digital channels
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines – time management is crucial
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and turning insights into action
- Confident communicator who can build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
- A collaborative team player with emerging leadership and mentoring capability Experience & Qualifications
- 1–3 years’ experience in a media agency or media publisher environment with hands-on campaign delivery
- Strong understanding of Australian media landscape and research tools (e.g. Roy Morgan, OzTAM, Nielsen)
- Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business or a related discipline What’s in it for you:
