The salon is known for delivering high-quality services in a welcoming and professional environment. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Hairdresser to join our growing team on a full time basis. About the Role The successful applicant will perform a range of hairdressing services while maintaining exceptional customer service standards and contributing to the salon’s positive team culture. Key Responsibilities
- Consulting with clients to determine suitable hairstyles, colours, and treatments• Cutting, trimming, layering, and styling hair using professional techniques• Performing colouring services including foils, balayage, toners, bleaching, and colour corrections• Applying hair treatments including keratin smoothing and deep conditioning treatments• Installing and maintaining hair extensions including weft and keratin bond extensions• Shampooing, blow-drying, and finishing hair to a high standard• Recommending appropriate hair care products and aftercare advice• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the salon• Managing appointments and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction• Keeping up to date with current hair trends, techniques, and products Skills & Experience Required
- Relevant hairdressing qualification equivalent to AQF Certificate III in Hairdressing• Minimum 1 years’ relevant full-time work experience as a Hairdresser• Experience in colouring, styling, blondes, balayage, and hair extensions preferred• Functional English skills to enable strong communication and customer service skills• Ability to work effectively in a team environment• Passion for the hair and beauty industry with attention to detail Employment Details
