- General administrative tasks to support operations in the team and organisation For more information, please visit the Helping Minds website: About You This is an opportunity for an experienced Scheduling & Administration Officer with a genuine interest in working collaboratively to ensure effective team goals and client outcomes are met.
- You have demonstrated experience in rostering/scheduling.
- You have excellent computer literacy including Microsoft applications.
- You have excellent attention to detail. Creating and maintaining documentation and spreadsheets
- You are able to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic working environment
- And finally, you’re someone who’s passionate about making a difference and working in the NFP sector. Minimum Qualifications:
- Proof of Australian Working Rights
- Current Driver’s License & a reliable vehicle
- Cert IV in Business or Administration Candidates will also either have or be willing to obtain the following:
- National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
- Working with Children Card The Perks
