Join Data#3 as a Customer Support Representative , where you’ll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and support to our technology clients across our end‑user compute portfolio. In this full‑time hybrid role (minimum 2 days a week in the office) based in Perth, you’ll provide expert assistance, streamline processes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. - Provide day‑to‑day sales and customer support to Account Managers and Account Executives
- Prepare accurate quotes, pricing, and sales proposals in a timely manner, working to strict SLAs
- Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, orders, and backorder escalations
- Support tender submissions and maintain customer pricing and account data
- Coordinate order fulfilment, returns, and logistics with internal teams
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to forecasting, reporting, and account planning activities About You
- 2+ years' experience in technology sales support or customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fully computer‑literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Proven track record of building positive customer relationships
- Sharp attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving skills Nice to Have:
- Solid understanding of end‑user compute, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals
