Several of our clients currently require Principal, Lead and Senior Electrical Engineers to deliver their major projects. These are full-time positions with some permanent positions with most opportunities on minimum 12-month contracts on large construction projects. The roles are based in Perth with strong progression opportunities in highly-renowned, fast-paced environments. Sector focuses include mining, mineral processing and O&G.; Based in Perth and reporting to the respective division managers, you will primarily be a responsible for providing electrical engineering design work to a portfolio of projects, from early concept and feasibility stages eventually through to construction. You will be working in a collaborative environment where innovative ideas are encouraged. Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with project teams to meet deliverables and project timelines
- Producing and reviewing technical designs, calculations, and documentation
- Equipment selection, procurement activities, and technical evaluations
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and project requirements
- Providing support during construction, commissioning, and project delivery phases Key Requirements
- Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience within industry sector
- Strong understanding of engineering design principles and industry standards
- Experience contributing to projects from concept through to detailed design
- Effective communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency with standard engineering and Microsoft Office software packages
