FIFO Chef (Perth)

Kollab Recruitment Group is hiring experienced FIFO Chefs immediately for one of Australia's mining camp operators in Western Australia. This is an experienced-only role, we require a minimum of 6 months verifiable Australian mine-site kitchen experience. We are ramping up across multiple WA sites with swings available now. If you know your way around a busy camp kitchen, can deliver quality at volume, we want to hear from you. About the roleChef duties across mining village dining facilities, delivering quality meals at scale Cooking, food safety compliance, and kitchen management Casual shifts, various length swings available FIFO from Perth, with DIDO options for some sites Work alongside experienced site teams in well run camps What we need from you (non-negotiable) 1. Minimum 6 months verifiable Australian mine-site 2. Trade qualification
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (including recognised overseas qualifications) 3. Two verifiable references from previous site supervisors, head chefs, or site managers 4. WA Driver's Licence ,manual preferred 5. Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain one immediately) 6. Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening ,our WA medical provider has 24-hour turnaround so we can move rapid 7. Right to work in Australia 8.
