In this role, you’ll play a key part in Customer Obsession. You’ll thrive if you enjoy solving complex problems, working cross-functionally, delivering real impact. As our newest Customer Success Executive, you’ll:
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at client organisations.
- Be the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with product, sales, and support teams to improve customer experiences.
- Lead efforts in contract renewals, ensuring customers continue using the product and renew on time.
- Gather customer feedback and insights, relay this information back to product teams to contribute to product improvements and feature development. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who is truly customer-focused, understands the importance of building trusted relationships, and consistently delivers on their commitments. You’ll also bring
- 1-2 years experience in customer success, account management or a client focused relevant role is preferrable.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) is desirable.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs is preferred.
