**About the Position**: We are seeking an experienced Manager
- Quality, Compliance and Risk to join our Corporate Services Team. This is a full time, fixed term position until May 2028 with the possibility for extension, located in our Lathlain Head Office.

The Manager
- Quality, Compliance and Risk plays an integral part in ensuring Quality Assurance, Safety and Risk Management initiatives in accordance with organisational strategy, legislative requirements and internal policies are maintained.

**Key responsibilities for this role;**
- Ensuring the Foundation maintains a robust quality assurance framework aligned with ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) Standards
- Maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification
- Coordinating all internal and external audits related to ISO 9001, ISO 27001, Information Security Management System (ISMS) and QAF requirements
- Partnering with business units to plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing and investigating non-staff-related feedback, complaints, and whistleblowing matters as required
- Leading compliance framework induction for new staff members
- Coordinating risk and compliance activities to meet organisational objectives and risk management processes
- Ensuring the Foundation maintains a comprehensive and compliant Workplace Health and Safety Management System

**Desired Skills and Experience**: **Skills and Experience**: To be suitable for this role you will need to demonstrate the following experience and attributes:

- Tertiary qualification in Quality, Risk, Compliance, Workplace Health and Safety, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- Significant experience (5+ years) in a senior role managing quality, compliance, risk and/or WHS systems within a regulated or funded workplace
- Proven experience maintaining and improving ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, including audits and certification
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data, identify trends and risks, and produce clear, evidence‑based reports for management and governance forums
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High level of professionalism and commitment to organisational standards and reputation
- Ability to obtain and maintain relevant clearance checks as required.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Police clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
- C Class Driver's Licence
