We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join a short-term role supporting a major government project focused on national survey enquiries. This is your chance to play a key role in one of Australia’s largest data collection initiatives, helping ensure every household is counted. About The Role As a Part-Time Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for the public, assisting with inbound calls and enquiries related to an important government survey. Your role will be vital in delivering accurate information and a positive customer experience. Contract Duration : Mid-July to mid-October 2026 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls on behalf of an Australian Government project
- Assist customers with survey-related enquiries
- Provide explicit, accurate, and helpful information
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience in every interaction What To Expect
- Paid Training: Training will be conducted over approximately 5 days in a structured and supportive learning environment.
- Customer Support Tools: Use self-service systems to resolve enquiries efficiently
- Meaningful Interactions: Build genuine connections with customers
- Service Excellence: Ensure every customer feels heard and supported Key Details
- Start Dates: Mid-July to early August 2026
- Pay: $27.83 + Superannuation + Penalty rates apply post 7pm and on weekend shifts
- Location: 31 Troode St, West Perth
- 100% office-based
- Roster Requirement: Minimum commitment of 20 hours over 4 shifts per week
- Monday and Saturday are mandatory works days
- Flexible working hours within the operating hours listed below:
- Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday to Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM What Makes You Perfect For This Role
