About the role Part‑time Permanent (0.8FTE) hybrid opportunity for a Sales and Customer Service Consultant (Local Community Consultant) at the Perth CBD store. May be requested to work at other local stores to support the wider team. Responsibilities
- Help customers choose the right health cover and services.
- Support customers across multiple channels – in‑store, over the phone, online, and in the community.
- Build lasting relationships and trust through personalised conversations.
- Resolve everyday challenges and share ideas to improve operations. The role includes a flexible rotating roster working Monday to Friday with some Saturday work, hours 8 am–8 pm, maximum 8‑hour shifts (e.g., 9 am–5 pm or 12 pm–8 pm). What we’re looking for You don’t need health insurance experience – we’ll teach you. If you have skills in customer service, sales, health, retail or community engagement, you could be a great addition.
- Great at building rapport and explaining things clearly.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
- A team player who is adaptable and proactive.
- Detail‑focused and committed to protecting customer privacy. Multilingual skills in Mandarin are also advantageous. What you’ll get
