About the Role

We are seeking skilled and vigilant Static Security Officers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining site security, deterring unauthorised activity, and ensuring a protected environment for clients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a visible and professional presence on site

Conduct regular foot patrols and perimeter checks

Monitor CCTV and access points

Write detailed incident and shift reports

Respond promptly to emergencies or security breaches

Liaise with site management and Alpha Sentry supervisors

Qualifications & Requirements

Current WA Security License, Driver’s License, First Aid, and White Card.

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Professional presentation and punctuality

Ability to work day, night, and weekend shifts

Working rights in Australia

Desirable:

Experience in commercial, retail, or construction site security

Familiarity with security reporting apps or systems

Personal Attributes

Reliable and self-motivated

Solid situational awareness and attention to detail

Able to remain calm under pressure

Team-oriented with a professional attitude
