Your Role
SJGHC is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for valued caregivers (employees), providing prompt and high-quality support for their daily enquiries. You'll also play a vital role in assisting our HR and Payroll teams, contributing to an productive service in line with Group policies.
Responsibilities include:
Deliver high-quality customer service by managing queries and triaging tickets to our Workforce team for efficient, first-time resolution.- Provide strong communication skills in writing and by phone manner.- Respond to a broad range of enquiries in a well-rounded, accurate and timely manner.- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all internal and external customers.- Provide crucial support to our HR and Payroll teams during peak times
You'll bring excellent customer service and communication skills, thriving in our fast-paced workplace. A solid understanding of call center operations and ticketing systems, coupled with a solid grasp of Workforce procedures, is essential. We also require your ability to interpret enterprise agreements, relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
