Total Connections is a WA-based hydraulic hose and fittings company delivering mobile service, fire suppression servicing, hydraulic cylinder rebuilds, vehicle loading crane major and minor services, lubrication systems, industrial hose solutions and specialised field service support across multiple industries.

We are seeking an experienced ERP Developer / IT Manager to take ownership of our NetSuite ERP platform, internal business systems, workflow automation, integrations and broader internal IT operations.

This is a senior, hands-on technical role suited to someone who enjoys solving operational problems, improving business systems, implementing automation, and helping drive technology improvements across a growing business.

The successful candidate will oversee and maintain our existing NetSuite workplace while continuing to develop and improve custom SuiteScripts, workflows, integrations and business systems across the organisation.

This role will also work closely with senior management to advise on future technology direction, operational improvements, system upgrades, automation opportunities and implementation planning.

This is not a corporate IT management role focused purely on infrastructure or helpdesk support. This is a practical, business-focused role where you will be directly involved in improving systems, automation and operational efficiency across the business.
