Responsibilities: Managing the day to day operations of a residential property portfolio Develop and maintain quality relationships with your property owners Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and quality work Handle tenant inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency Manage tenant leases, renewals, and terminations Collect and manage rental accounts Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports Foster positive relationships with tenants and contractors

Qualifications: Proven experience as a residential property manager Strong knowledge of property management best practices and relevant regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Comfortable working autonomously in a WFH setting Experience with Property Tree management software an advantage Valid and current property management registration Current WA drivers license and reliable vehicle
