Corporate Head Chef 6 Month Contract | Monday to Friday | Daytime Hours We are seeking an experienced and highly autonomous Corporate Head Chef to lead a standalone kitchen within a skilled corporate environment.

This is a rare chance for a chef looking for work-life balance , with consistent weekday hours and full ownership of menu delivery and kitchen operations.

The Role You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, operating as a sole chef while delivering high-quality corporate catering.

Your responsibilities will include: End to end kitchen management including prep, production and clean down Delivering corporate catering including: Morning teas Lunch service Afternoon teas Managing service Delivering occasional cocktail-style functions Menu creation and ongoing menu development Ordering, stock control and kitchen organisation Providing direction to two onsite beverage attendants for service, set up and pack down About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Proven experience in corporate catering or similar environments Ability to work independently and manage a kitchen autonomously Strong organisational and time management skills Flexibility to scale production up and down based on demand A calm and adaptable approach to last-minute changes and bookings Experience in menu planning and delivering diverse catering options Solid understanding of ordering and stock control processes The Offer Monday to Friday roster Daytime hours, 7:00am to 2:00pm 6 month contract role Corporate, structured working environment Uniform provided Laptop provided If you are a reliable and experienced chef seeking a reliable, weekday role with autonomy and variety, we encourage you to apply.
