You'll be the first point of contact for our Automotive Glass customers — greeting them, supporting them, and ensuring their experience is smooth from start to finish. What You'll Be Doing Deliver warm, skilled face‐to‐face customer service Welcome customers and visitors with a positive, can‐do attitude Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person Support the Branch Manager with daily operations and admin tasks Keep customers updated on delivery lead times Conduct vehicle repair inspections Understand customer needs and educate them on our full range of services Raise job authorities and issue invoices Schedule repair bookings and manage workflow Resolve customer concerns and follow up on queries What You Bring You're someone who takes pride in your work and enjoys helping people.
