About The Role We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Carousel store. This is a fixed term, full‐time position at 38 hours per week, ending in June ****. Lead by example to build an inclusive, high‐performing team while driving budgets, KPIs and great customer experiences. Create a strong customer‐first environment where every interaction reflects the brand and a consistently high level of service. Coach and develop your team through regular on‐the‐spot feedback, support and ongoing capability building. Execute visual merchandising in‐store, balancing brand guidelines, customer needs and store presentation with commercial judgement. Take ownership of stock processes and daily operations, keeping priorities transparent to support smooth day‐to‐day running.
