Clough, part of the Webuild Group, has been awarded the Design and Construct (D&C;) contract for AGL Energy's Kwinana Gas Power Generation 2 project (K2), a new 220 MW gas‐fired power station to be built in Kwinana, south of Perth. K2 will deliver fast‐start, flexible generation to support the increasing penetration of renewable energy across
Western Australia and supply power during periods of peak demand, providing a lower‐emission alternative within the state's evolving energy mix. Role Clough has an exciting chance for a Mobilisation Administrator, supporting the mobilisation of personnel across our projects. This role is integral to ensuring personnel are mobilised safely, compliantly and on time, working closely with project teams, internal stakeholders and external
service providers. Delivering end‐to‐end mobilisation support for employees, contractors and visitors Coordinating onboarding requirements including site inductions, training, medicals and certifications Ensuring all project, client and site compliance requirements are met prior to mobilisation Maintaining accurate and up‐to‐date records in INX, including InFlight and InTuition modules Uploading, reviewing and validating qualifications, licences and compliance documentation Monitoring compliance status and proactively managing expiries Acting as the primary point of contact for mobilisation‐related queries Coordinating flights, accommodation and ground transport in line with project rosters Issuing mobilisation instructions and travel itineraries to personnel Supporting mobilisation and demobilisation activities in line with project schedules Qualifications Previous experience in a mobilisation, onboarding or workforce administration role, ideally within construction,
